The new blog will be called Ride, Run, Work Out and will incorporate all types of fitness, with an emphasis on running, cycling and various types of workouts. What could constitute a workout? Just about anything that gets the heart pumping: Yoga, kayaking, free weights, swimming, canoeing, walking, racquet sports, volleyball, football, baseball, Frisbee, Aerobie — you name it.
